Location: Bronte Hall Room 226, Headingley Campus, Leeds, LS6 3QW Dr ShiNa Li joined Leeds Met in November 2010. She was awarded a 3-year full scholarship by the Nottingham University Business School (NUBS) UK to conduct her PhD. Her thesis topic is The Economic Impact of Mega-Events: a CGE approach to the Beijing Olympic Games. After she obtained her PhD, she worked as a University Teacher at the NUBS until joining UKCEM. ShiNa's research interests include economic and social impact evaluation, tourism economics, mega-events, economic modelling, computable general equilibrium modelling, developing countries and poverty issues and tourism sustainability.
