Hannah Bruce

Hannah has worked as a creative producer, project manager and researcher in the performing arts sector for the last 10 years. She has managed productions and tours nationally and internationally, and been involved with arts companies, festivals and projects in the UK, Europe, USA, South Africa and Australia.

Hannah completed her BA (Hons) and MA (Cantab) at Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, and received a distinction for her MA in Dance from The Laban Centre, London. She worked at ResCen: The Centre for Research into Creation in the Performing Arts (Middlesex University) before going on to develop her portfolio career as a freelance producer and project manager.

Current research interests include:

 

  • the role of the producer / creative producer in performing arts contexts
  • the growth and development of events-based performance outside conventional theatre spaces

Hannah assists Leila Jancovich with co-ordination of the Yorkshire Festivals Network.
