The UK Centre for Events Management supports a variety of international, national and regional clients to achieve their goals. These are usually concerned with effective public policy development or evaluation, though we are also now working increasingly with the private sector. Regardless of the client, our watchwords are quality, flexibility, reliability and value. As a consequence, we have developed a reputation for delivering to specification and on time. Depending upon the needs of the project, specialist teams can be selected to deliver the following services:

  • Social, environmental and local economic impact assessments relating to festivals and events
  • Policy and strategy development, especially in relation to tourism, local competitiveness, and SMEs
  • Marketing strategy and marketing research
  • Skills and other labour market analysis
  • Feasibility studies for festivals and related activities

For an informal discussion of a potential project, please contact Professor Rhodri Thomas (r.thomas@leedsmet) in the first instance.
