Description

The Yorkshire Festivals Network at the UK Centre for Events Management is pleased to be working in partnership with the team behind the UK Festival Conference & Awards to bring you the inaugural event in their new City Sessions programme.

City Sessions is a series of mini-conferences across Britain to help festival businesses learn, share information and find solutions to common problems.

Taking place in a different location each month, The City Sessions will examine one issue in detail per event through panel discussions from experts and open debate with delegates. This will be followed by a networking session.

This partnership has enabled us to bring festival organisers across the North an invaluable opportunity to meet with some of the festival industry's leading promoters and experts. The City Session topic is designed to help attendees come away with new ideas and solutions to meet the very real challenges they are facing.

On the panel...

Fiona Stewart- Director, Green Man Festival

James Barton- CEO, Creamfields Festival

Jim Mawdsley- CEO Generator & Director of Evolution Festival

Holly Payton- MD, World Festivals Network

Dr Stephen Henderson- Senior Lecturer, UK Centre for Events Management

Meet with colleagues from across Yorkshire, the North East & North West.
