There she was responsible for strategic planning, content and events delivery, including process development, systems and training, managing procurement activity through the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) and Department of Health procurement frameworks, and building strong working relationships across the NHS.  From 2002 to 2005 she was National Events Manager for NatPaCT (part of NHS Modernisation Agency), where she initiated the design and development of the NHS' first online events booking and management system.
